About the job
As a Customer Support Specialist at Alexis, you'll be the linchpin that keeps our clients thriving. You'll be part of a dynamic team in a thriving SaaS company, working to ensure that our HRIS (Human Resource Information System) operates seamlessly for every user. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Resolving Technical Queries: Be the first point of contact for our clients, addressing and solving technical issues with patience and expertise.
Serving customers with a smile on your face: Making sure that every customer feels that they have gotten the best treatment and a really nice customer service experience.
Ensuring the feedback loops: Work closely with our tech and product teams to relay feedback and drive enhancements that keep Alexis at the forefront of HR technology.
Location: Stockholm & Remote
Pay Range: 27-32k / Month
You already have work experience from technical support
Professional language skills in Sweden and English, both written and spoken.
Additional second language skills are meritable
Preferably, you live close enough to be able to come to our office in Stockholm
